Directions:

Palencia is located approximately 25 miles south of Jacksonville and 10 miles north of St. Augustine on US1 and approximately 6 miles south of the intersection of US1 and Hwy CR 210.  If traveling via Interstate 95, take the World Golf Village exit and proceed 5 miles east on International Golf Parkway.  The entrance to Palencia is located at the intersection of International Golf Parkway and US1.  Proceed 1 mile into Palencia to the main 4 way stop intersection.  Go right around the traffic circle, taking the second road.  Southern Mergers and Acquisitions’ office is located in the Village Square Building on the left, Suite #115.
